The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing operations team at a pivotal moment in our growth. An integral part of the MG&Co. team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless logistics across our global supply chain.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all inbound supply chain operations, managing relationships with suppliers, freight forwarders and logistics partners to improve product availability and optimise costs.
  • Plan and coordinate all inbound freight in line with production schedules, shipping timelines, and key launch dates, consolidating shipments and minimising air freight where possible.
  • Maintain POs and shipping updates within stock management systems, communicating any changes to relevant teams.
  • Manage customs and international freight documentation, ensuring accurate HS code classification and full compliance with global trade regulations.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including supplier constraints, tariffs, and transportation delays.
  • Own inventory management processes, reconciling intake and ensuring accurate inventory reporting.
  • Manage relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) partners, monitoring fulfilment KPIs and overseeing the setup of 3PL operations in the USA and any future international locations.
  • Collaborate closely with external suppliers to uphold quality and delivery standards, identify and resolve issues in coordination with suppliers, warehouses, and internal teams.
  • Support reporting requirements, including cost analysis, B-Corp reporting, and compliance with international regulatory obligations.

The successful candidate will have:

  • 2+ years’ experience in an operations, logistics or supply chain role within retail e-commerce. Complementary business a plus.
  • Experience managing inbound freight across an international supply chain.
  • Understanding of MG&Co. brand and enthusiasm to be part of our growth.
  • Highly organised, detail driven and commercially minded.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly proficient in excel with strong analytical skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience using ERP and Inventory management software.
