About us

MG&CO. is at an exciting point in its growth journey, with ambitious plans to scale our business over the next few years. We are committed to creating thoughtfully crafted, high-quality homewares that bring joy and originality to everyday spaces. The Role

As our Product Development Lead, you’ll work directly with the Founder and senior management to spearhead our strategy for creating and expanding product lines. You’ll be responsible for building and scaling our development pipeline, bringing a diverse range of homeware products from concept to market, and ensuring that each item embodies the MG&Co. brand’s unique aesthetic and commitment to quality. In this highly cross-functional role, you’ll collaborate with Design, Operations, and Marketing teams to drive seamless coordination and align on timelines, costs, and quality standards.

This is a pivotal role in the company, responsible for managing key supplier relationships, overseeing production timelines, and navigating challenges to ensure that our products meet both our brand’s vision and our customers’ high expectations. Your keen eye for detail, strategic mindset, and adaptability will be critical in delivering results while maintaining a customer-first approach to development.
